Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at ALERT TECHNOLOGY. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing business strategies, and providing support to clients. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 Year Experience
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Experience in account management and customer relationship management
Knowledge of business strategies and sales techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the security industry is a plus
