Job Description

Bardiya Distillery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of Bardiya Distillery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3-4 years in human resources management roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
