Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced Account Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, VAT, and financial regulations, along with the ability to support financial reporting and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions using accounting software.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Income Tax Act, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations.
Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure timely tax filings and payments.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to support smooth business operations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Monitor and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and financial matters.
Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other external parties when required.
Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy.
Provide relevant financial information and reports to management as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting; experience in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
Good understanding of VAT and tax laws , Ms excel
Proficiency in accounting software such as Finpro, ERP, or other financial management systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Working Station: Bhaktapur Industrial Area, Byasi, Bhaktapur
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience
