Account Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare day-to-day customer billing using Vision Software.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and transaction records.
• Record daily receipts and payments accurately.
• Maintain and track customer invoices and payment records using the company's prescribed format.
• Enter daily purchase transactions into Vision Software.
• Handle petty cash and maintain records of petty cash expenses.
• Update and maintain the bank book and cash book.
• Assist in overall accounting activities as required by the company.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
