We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support the overall accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Help with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment.
Handle office documentation, filing, and organizing accounting records.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or a related administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
