Roles and responsibilities of this job

As an Account and Export Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our financial transactions and export-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage and record all incoming and outgoing payments accurately.
Xero Account Software: Proficiency in using Xero accounting software for financial data management.
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Banks Reconciliation: Verify and maintain accuracy in bank statements and transactions.
Accounts and Exports Data Entry: Accurately input financial and export-related data into our systems.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and export regulations.
Communication: Collaborate with the team to address any financial or export-related issues.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Prior experience in accounting, accounts reconciliation, and export operations is preferred.
Proficiency in using Xero accounting software will be beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Able to work Australian hours .
Strong problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to work remotely from Nepal.
