Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than 2 years

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
Proven 2+ years of work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
Familiarity working with accounting software.
Knowledge about the latest accounting rules of VAT, TAX, TDS, etc.
Knowledge of internal audits, tax audits & preparation of financial statements

Making financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
Prepare financial statements, reports, accounts, and records of expenditures and revenues.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Disbursement of salary and wages (payroll), calculation and deposit of TDS.
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist the auditors during audit and F/Y closing.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Manage and monitor daily office operation, and administrative tasks.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, payroll data, bank accounts, and working days.
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
Provides assistance and support to the development of project.
