• Keeping teachers and teaching quality at top notch priority.
• Evolution and revolution of Teaching and Learning Lab.
• Sharpening and articulating teaching-learning practices.
• Preparing students to succeed in the VUCA world yet being hopeful and exhilarating in a global environment.
• Help students think broadly and unleash their creativity.
• Encourage students to chart their own course through PAL Constellation learning practices.
• Show students and his/her team members- What They Can Achieve?
• Communicate with team members/students regularly to establish new ways of thinking.
