IEC College of Art & Fashion is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to support student recruitment and admissions. The successful candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, promoting academic programs, managing admission inquiries, and assisting students in selecting the right educational pathway. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prestigious institution recognized for its leadership in fashion and interior design education.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission procedures, career opportunities, and course offerings.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
Guide students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their interests and career aspirations.
Maintain effective follow-up with prospective students to support enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
Participate in educational fairs, promotional events, and outreach activities as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, customer service, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
