We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Academic Coordinator at Eurokids Tinkune. As a leading educational institution, we are committed to providing quality education and a nurturing environment for our students. We are looking for a dynamic individual who shares our passion for education and has the skills and experience to support our school's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the school and handling all academic and administrative tasks efficiently
must have sound knowledge per-primary curriculum , activities and assessment process.
Collaborate with staff members and teachers to develop and implement educational programs
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations of the school
Maintain a positive and supportive school environment for students, parents, and faculty members
Oversee and manage school events and activities
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and teachers
Prepare reports and presentations for school management
Coordinate with parents and address any concerns or queries promptly
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education industry

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess good organizational skills in order to maintain and manage records and files
General proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office, excel, database applications, email, and the internet
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
Able to effectively establish priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to be able to work well with minimal supervision
Excellent Human Resource Management
