Position: Academic Coordinator  

Location: Divya Gyan College, Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal 

Type: Full-Time

Shift: Morning 

Divya Gyan College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team. The Academic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities, enhancing the quality of education, and supporting faculty and students. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for educational excellence.

• Academic Planning and Management
• Curriculum Development and Review
• Faculty Support and Development
• Student Support and Engagement
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Data Management and Reporting

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in academic administration or a similar role in a higher education institution.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
• Knowledge of current educational trends, challenges, and best practices.
