Makarios Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced 3D Generalist Supervisor who can take responsibilities for handling the project and team.  An artistic mind with a strong technical background with the ability to handle the tasks related to model, texture, shade, light, look develop and composite the CG images or shots are considered to be a fit candidate for the job. The 3D supervisor should also be creative, friendly, movitating, khowledge sharing, team loving and always willing to learn.

Required Competencies:

• As an active tutor with a structured curriculum of 3D Animation Course to train the beginners with in the company
• Well experienced in using 3D and 2D applications like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Pixologic Zbrush, Algorithmic Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Aftereffects, The Foundry Nuke and others
• Responsible for leading and mentoring digital artists in 3D generalist work with a focus on talent review, assessment and individual and collective development
• Demonstrate good listening and communication skills by openly receiving and understanding direction and criticism from the client and communicating and defining their expectations to the 3D artists group.
• Maintain constant reviews regarding the assessment and estimations for the tasks assigned to the artists to ensure the schedule and quality of work.
• Must possess a keen eye for aesthetic detail and the ability to effectively communicate with both the creative and production staff.
• Uses artistic and technical skills to work on all aspects of CG images or shots
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues with one-off shots and the shot production pipeline
• Demonstrated ability to do development work to set up production workflow and establish a look
• Attend dailies and participate in creative problem solving
