- Lead and develop curriculum for Youth Program sessions (academic or empowerment sessions, after school or homework help sessions) 2-3x each week during school at two local secondary schools and one local primary school partners.
- Maintain positive partner school relationships and manage regular communication with partner schools, potential and interested schools, student groups and partnering organizations.
- Facilitate after school tutoring, academic, and extracurricular sessions for local school children with international volunteers to participate.
- Plan logistics with rural and remote schools in the region to develop further relationships through our Painting Program, beautifying rural classrooms around Indrawati Gaunpalika.
- Assisting with outside of program translation needs for operational and organizational purposes.
