Job Description

Position Summary

The Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, managing a team of mechanics, and delivering high-quality customer service. This role also involves marketing aftersales services, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring optimal use of technical and software resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise workshop operations and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in vehicles with accuracy
  • Manage and guide mechanics and workshop staff to ensure productivity and discipline
  • Coordinate with customers to understand service requirements and provide timely updates
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve issues proactively
  • Monitor proper use of the company’s service software and ensure timely reporting and record-keeping
  • Promote and market aftersales services, including bodyguard (BG), glass protection (GP) coating, and car detailing products
  • Develop and support the dealership network for aftersales services across Nepal
  • Prepare and submit service reports and other documentation as required
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with workshop SOPs
  • Assist in spare parts coordination and workshop administration tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive service or workshop operations preferred
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team management capabilities
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali (verbal and written)
  • Able to prepare service reports and correspond independently
  • Proficiency in using computers and workshop software
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused personality
  • Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel as required
