• Provide information and counsel clients on working visa options, job opportunities abroad, company policies, and procedures during counseling sessions.
• Advise and guide clients on job categories, required documentation, and the application process for work visas.
• Assist clients in understanding the specific requirements for various job categories and foreign job markets.
• Organize and manage documents related to clients' working visa applications and employment demands.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing recruitment-related documents.
• Stay updated on the latest foreign recruitment policies, working visa procedures, and trends.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the company system.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions set forth by foreign employers and recruitment agencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries, and offering professional advice regarding the recruitment and visa process.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiar with visa application processes, requirements, and documentation.
• Knowledge of international work visa categories and regulations.
• Experience with online recruitment portals and application systems.
• Understanding of demand letters for employment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
