We’re looking for a Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our team at 3 Dots Technologies. If you have a solid grasp of WordPress development, theme customization, and e-commerce platforms—and you’re also passionate about mentoring juniors—this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing & Customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Editing & Modifying themes to meet project requirements.
• Headless WordPress Development when needed.
• Building & Managing E-commerce Websites using WooCommerce.
• Ensuring Responsive Design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Writing clean, efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Working with PHP & MySQL for backend development and database management.
• Integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Using Elementor, Beaver Builder, or similar page builders for quick customizations.
• Implementing JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js (a plus).
• Mentoring interns and guiding junior developers, helping them grow in WordPress development.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme customization, and plugin development.
• Experience working on e-commerce websites and integrating payment gateways.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Strong backend knowledge, particularly PHP and MySQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Ability to work with responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Leadership skills to mentor and teach junior developers.
• A strong portfolio showcasing past WordPress projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React or Vue.js.
• Prior experience training or mentoring developers.
