We are hiring an enthusiastic WordPress Developer to build and implement websites using the WordPress content creation tools and plugins. 

About the Company

We are an Information Technology organization headquartered in Australia, that has created a formidable team of thirty plus members working from our Nepal office. And we are marching forward to build our team to 50 members by the end of 2023. Our core area of expertise lies in software development, web designing/programming, UI/UX and other IT related services to tailor the need of our customers.

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins, ensuring functionality meets client needs.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to deliver responsive and visually appealing front-end designs.
• Integrate back-end functionality and APIs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility.
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Create custom WordPress themes from scratch and enhance existing ones to align with client requirements.
• Craft secure, lightweight, and SEO-friendly themes that contribute to site efficiency.
• Build and maintain WordPress plugins, extending and customizing third-party options as needed.
• Collaborate with the development team to create efficient and scalable code, while addressing compatibility and security issues.
• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites, leveraging Woocommerce to implement payment gateways and ensure secure, high-performance online stores.
• Perform regular CMS maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and security enhancements.
• Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and respond to and mitigate security incidents effectively.
• Stay updated on WordPress trends, best practices, and SEO techniques to continuously improve website quality.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving WordPress-related issues and communicating solutions clearly.

Requirement

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other related field.
• At least two years of experience as a WordPress Developer with web designing and multimedia designing across multiple organizations.
• Specialization in front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress).
• Adequate knowledge of debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome Inspector.
• Experienced with code versioning and management tools like SVN Github and Mercurial.
• Familiarity with ASP and web servers (ISS/Apache) are a plus.
