Job Description

  • The Wellness Manager will provide leadership for a comprehensive wellness program. They will assess population needs based on feedback from employees to develop appropriate wellness programs
  • Leads a comprehensive wellness program
  • Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and programs for employees
  • Plans and facilitates classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and fitness assessments to promote a healthy lifestyle in employees
  • Develops and implements wellness training programs for employees
  • Gathering and using data collected through implementing programs to determine what extra steps can be taken to enhance the programs' success
  • Presenting regular updates and outcomes of such wellness programs to the senior management
  • Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, class attendance, and equipment inventories to ensure proper detailed program evaluation
  • Responsible for wellness program budgets create a budget, report on budget variances, and forecast actual expenses
  • Responsible for wellness program reports, i.e., utilization, statistics, and satisfaction
