The Website Maintenance Lead will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the  websites. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of maintenance specialists and collaborate closely with development teams to implement updates, address technical issues, and drive website optimization efforts. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of website maintenance specialists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the website maintenance team, including task assignment, workload management, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize website maintenance tasks, coordinate updates, and implement feature enhancements in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the websites.
• Monitor website performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Prepare reports and have daily communication with the team leads and update with the overall performance status of the projects.
