Job Description:

As a Web Developer at NextGenX, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to client specifications. You will work closely with our project teams and clients to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet their business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house design and development teams to create innovative and engaging online experiences. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional and appealing websites based on client specifications and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and clients to understand project goals and translate them into website features.
• Write efficient, clean, and well-documented code using modern web development technologies.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Perform website testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless integration of design and development elements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven working experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of web standards, SEO best practices, and web accessibility guidelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
