IT Service Nepal is a group of IT enthusiasts based in Nepal, dedicated to providing IT services from the ground up. We are a growing web/software development agency, seeking a motivated Webflow Developer to collaborate on diverse projects. If you have a solid foundation in web development, experience with Webflow, and a strong eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Webflow Developer based in Biratnagar.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain websites using Webflow, adhering to best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Apply SEO best practices to optimize web performance.
• Use Webflow methodologies like Finsweet Attributes and the Client-First System in projects.
• Ensure attention to detail and high standards of user experience (UX).
• Occasionally work with third-party integrations like Zapier & Hubspot.

Qualifications (Required):

• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Proficient in Webflow with hands-on experience in building websites.
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience with SEO best practices.

Qualifications (Great to Have):

• Familiarity with Finsweet Attributes and the Client-First System.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as Zapier.
• Knowledge of CSS animations, GSAP, or custom animation tools.
• Some experience working with other no-code tools.
• Understanding of basic design concepts.

• Share us your real-world projects (Webflow website, custom websites or custom built projects).
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
• Experience using CSS libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.) and JavaScript libraries
• Examples of implementing responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Any experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
