Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer & Digital Solutions Officer who combines strong technical web development skills with the ability to support digital transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can manage and maintain websites while also contributing to IT support, automation, and data-driven improvements across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our websites are user-friendly, SEO-optimised, and technically sound, while also assisting with IT support functions and contributing to innovative digital solutions that improve productivity and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & SEO:

Develop, maintain, and optimise websites and web applications
Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and strong on-page SEO
Manage site structure, update content, and support landing page creation for marketing
Monitor and resolve website issues (broken links, server errors, plugin issues)
Set up and manage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
Implement tracking codes and monitor user engagement metrics
Coordinate domain management, web hosting, and SSL renewals
Ensure all websites comply with accessibility, privacy, and data security standards

IT Support & Digital Solutions:

Provide first-line IT helpdesk support for the local office and remote support for the Australia office
Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding – including system setup and access configuration
Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues (local and cloud-based systems)
Manage IT equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance
Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Google Workspace, and other infrastructure tools
Collaborate with management on digital improvement projects such as:
- Automation of internal processes
- Integrating AI tools like chatbots or auto-response systems
- Supporting data reporting using tools like Power BI
Maintain internal IT documentation and ensure systems follow data security policies
