Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Web and Email Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through web-based platforms and email channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests received through web-based platforms and email.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website, resolving account-related issues, and processing transactions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and courteous responses to all inquiries and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system to track trends and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address customer feedback and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT), Bachelor of Information Management (BIM) or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a web-based or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using web-based platforms, email clients, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to every customer.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or other web development languages is a plus.
  • Experience with cPanel & WHM  is an added point.
