Warehouse In-Charge

Dayjoy Nepal is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, receiving and dispatch of goods, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock inwards and outwards
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations

2. Receiving & Dispatch:

• Supervise the receiving of goods, verifying quantity and quality
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to branches/customers
• Maintain proper documentation for all movements

3. Warehouse Operations:

• Organize storage space efficiently for easy identification and access
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and stacking of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports
• Coordinate with accounts, sales, and logistics teams
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately

• Prepare monthly physical audit reports

5. Safety & Security:

• Ensure warehouse safety rules are followed
• Prevent theft, damage, and misuse of stock
• Maintain proper lock, access control, and security procedures

6. Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with transporters for smooth logistics operations
• Communicate stock status and issues to management
• Support audits and inspections when required
