Division: 2 Wheelers TVS 

Key Thrust Areas/Job Responsibilities:

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• To ensure the vehicle has been checked thoroughly & visually for damage and shortage of parts and list has been prepared for the same
• To ensure that FIR has been prepared for the damaged & shortage parts

Major Control from Accounts:

• Bill/Challan to be make as per PDI checklist and also mention the data of Registration no., service and warranty book no. in all packing list
• Sign to be mandatory in Packing list/Challan (Drivers+ Loading Sup.+ Accountant)
• Billing shall be done as per DO
• Godown In charge Signature to be mandatory in all Gate pass
• Without approval not paid any claim/Expenses from your cash book except standard expenses 
• No payments of any salary/work advance without approval from HO
• Not to dispatch any vehicles by challan or Gate pass without written approval
• No cash payments more than Rs. 10,000/- , Try to make payment by cheque
• Fixed Assets control and record

• Delivery cost comparison of 3 months Truck wise
• Order and dispatch pending details
• Loading plan of every next day to be send
• Branch Performance report (What work has been done as per plan
• MFG wise stock summery report with damage quantity (Model wise)
• Truck wise Transit Damage summery report
• PDI expenses summary with details
• Local Transit claim settlement
• Dent paint parts details with tracking
• Stock Summary report
• Cash Book
• Do Pending Report
• Physical stock verification with DMS (Scan copy with the signature of Branch In-charge and Account
