Job Description

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse’s efficient and organized operation. Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management: Accurately track and manage inventory levels, receive and store goods, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain proper labeling and storage of all products.
Logistics Coordination: Assist with logistics activities, including coordinating transportation, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Physical Handling: Lift, carry, and move materials within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and organization of goods.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness. Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocktaking to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
