Job Description

We are looking for a Visa Support Officer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visa processing or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of visa regulations and requirements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance on visa requirements, processes, and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of application documents.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other government agencies as needed.
  • Track application statuses and communicate updates to clients.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to clients via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all visa applications.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the visa process.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth processing of applications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa support, immigration services, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of visa regulations and immigration processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills and a client-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with immigration consultants or travel agencies.
  • Familiarity with various visa categories and country-specific requirements.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
