Job Description

Responsible for all visa related documentation preparation
Counsel students and parents face to face on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges and help students prepare required documentation
Facilitate student from the scratch of their process to the end including pre-departure briefing
Facilitate in preparing GTE statements and GTE relevant documentation
Prepare students for visa interviews and other interviews as and when required as per the procedure of the Universities
Take part and give presentation in seminar, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms and live sessions
Proofread, merge and format documents whenever required
Book dates for Medical and Biometric appointments as required for the countries along with preparation of drafts
Creation of invoice for tuition fee payment and providing accurate and reliable instructions regarding payment to the students
Guidance on CV, SOP interviews
Carry out independent research for new information and updates
