Job Description

We are seeking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations in the property management in UK. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple properties, ensure guest satisfaction, and maximize revenue.

Shift: UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage properties: Manage and oversee daily operations of Airbnb properties. Create and optimize property listings to attract guests.
  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on properties like cleaners, plumbers etc.
  • Real Estate Search: Seach properties as per client requirements in different locations and assist real estate agents with the coordination and preparation of documents and follow up
  • Handle phone calls: Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries, bookings, and reviews
  • Assist with market research: Conduct market research to develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Organize contact lists: Maintain accurate contact lists and databases for seamless communication.
  • Support customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up
