Reports to: Casino Manager

Position Summary: 

The prospective Front office Executive is tasked with the job of ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects related to Front Office operations.

He/she will also supervise the Front Office /VIP Team of 8-10 members.

Responsibilities 

  • Supervision of the performance done by subordinates and guiding them to perform better when required.
  • Ensure the rules are followed as per the requirement of the company.
  • Timely induction to the team relating to guest handling, grooming and soft skills etc.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per the company’s requirement.
  • Planning the schedules of the team and assigning the shift as per their duty time in HRMS.
  • Timely Reporting to casino manager and operation head regarding any updates.
