Raiden Energy is looking for a creative and energetic Multimedia Content Creator – Videography and Editing to join our growing EV charging infrastructure company.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traveling, shooting real field content, and turning project moments into powerful videos, reels, photos, and brand stories. Unlike a normal office-based editing job, this position includes both on-site videography and post-production editing.

The selected candidate will travel to EV charging station sites, installation locations, highways, petrol pumps, hotels, commercial areas, and customer locations across Nepal to capture real project activities and create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with our sales, technical, and management teams to document site visits, installation progress, charger operation, customer interactions, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality videos and photos of EV charging station projects, installations, customer sites, and company activities.
Edit reels, short videos, promotional videos, project updates, customer stories, and educational content.
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Travel across Nepal for project shoots, field documentation, and customer-site content.
Turn raw field moments into professional, attractive, and brand-focused visual content.
Suggest creative video ideas, hooks, shooting styles, and content formats to improve engagement.
Coordinate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to capture important project moments.
Organize raw footage, edited videos, photos, and project files properly.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proven skills in videography, photography, and video editing.
Strong ability to shoot professional videos for social media, branding, project documentation, and promotional use.
Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Ability to create short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Understanding of camera angles, lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva will be an added advantage.
Drone operation skills will be a strong advantage.
Must be comfortable traveling to project sites, installation locations, customer locations, and outdoor field areas.
Ability to work in real field conditions, not only in an office/studio environment.
Must be creative, energetic, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Ability to manage media files, raw footage, edited videos, and project folders in an organized manner.
Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure when required.
Interest in technology, EV charging, infrastructure, automobiles, or renewable energy will be highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be someone who is not only good at shooting and editing videos but also enjoys traveling, exploring new locations, meeting people, and creating real project-based content.

We need someone who is really good at VISUAL STORYTELLING and able to make VIRAL CONTENT DIRECTION.

He should be able to visit EV charging station installation sites across Nepal, capture the full journey of the project, and turn raw field moments into attractive, professional, and engaging content for our brand.

We are looking for someone with a creative eye, strong discipline, and the ability to represent our company professionally in front of customers and partners.
