2-3 years of experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills
Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices
Solid understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling principles
Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively with the teams to bring ideas to life
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create engaging and unique video content
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various initiatives, including promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage
Collaborate with the teams to understand requirements and develop video concepts and storyboards
Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture high-quality footage and audio
Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting to create visually appealing videos
Conduct post-production tasks, including video editing, color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects or motion graphics
Select and incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the video's impact
Stay updated with the latest video production trends, techniques, and equipment to improve video quality continuously
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos within deadlines
