 Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor/Shooter at Sara Sewa सारा सेवा. The Video Editor/Shooter will be responsible for video production, video editing, video color grading, motion graphics, and creating graphics for various projects.

The Video Editor & Shooter will film, edit, and produce high-quality real estate videos for marketing, social media, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot property tours, client testimonials, and promotional content.
• Operate cameras, drones, and lighting equipment for professional-quality videos.
• Edit videos using After Effect, VN, CapCut, adding effects, transitions, and branding.
• Create short-form content for YouTube, TikTok, reels, shorts, and ads to boost engagement.
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop creative video ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 years in video shooting & editing.
• Technical Skills: After Effects, VN, CapCut drones.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and deadline management.

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: NPR 25,000– 40,000
• Performance Bonus: NPR 3,000 – 10,000 (based on engagement)
• Social Media Growth Bonus: NPR 2,000 for high-performing content
