Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality videos for our real estate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to create engaging content for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital advertising. The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing team to transform raw footage into professional, visually appealing videos that strengthen the company's brand and generate customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, shorts, and advertisements.
Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.
Use DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing software.
Perform professional color correction and color grading using DaVinci Resolve.
Edit audio, remove background noise, balance sound levels, and synchronize audio with video.
Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, captions, logos, and visual effects.
Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media platforms.
Organize and manage video footage, project files, and digital assets efficiently.
Collaborate with presenters, videographers, photographers, and the marketing team throughout the production process.
Ensure videos align with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
Export videos in the correct formats and resolutions for different platforms.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
Stay updated with current video editing techniques, design trends, and social media best practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience (preferred).
A strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills is required.
Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.

Required Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of color correction and color grading.
Professional audio editing and mixing skills.
Experience with motion graphics and animated titles.
Knowledge of video codecs, frame rates, export settings, and compression.
Understanding of vertical, square, and landscape video formats for different social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
Experience with AI-powered editing tools is an advantage.
