As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a creative and results-driven individual to our team who can manage and enhance our social media presence, create engaging video content, and drive customer sales through effective digital strategies.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator who is passionate about health, wellness, and digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content, managing our social media platforms, generating creative content ideas, and driving sales growth through strategic online efforts. You will also assist with basic business accounting and customer follow-up to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Content Creation & Editing:

  • Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (including product demos, tutorials, reviews, and promotional videos).
  • Edit videos for various social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for engagement (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop creative video content ideas aligned with current trends to boost brand visibility.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute content calendars to maintain consistent posting and audience engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

3. Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Strategize and implement tactics to convert social media followers into leads and sales.
  • Utilize social media ads, promotions, and organic outreach to drive traffic to the business website and landing pages.
  • Track and report on social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

4. Customer Relations:

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain a positive brand image online.

5. Basic Accounting and Administrative Support:

  • Maintain basic financial records related to social media campaigns and product sales.
  • Assist with tracking invoices, expenses, and payments related to the business.
  • Coordinate with the business owner on weekly/monthly financial updates.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum +2 degree in a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience with sales funnels, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Prior experience working in the supplement or health/wellness industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent video editing skills 
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop content that resonates with a health-conscious audience.
  • Proficient in social media management tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record of converting social media engagement into sales.
  • Ability to produce and edit high-quality video content quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in both content creation and administrative tasks. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms
