Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in digital media and online content production.
  • Operate multiple cameras and lenses of various sizes to capture high-quality footage.
  • Utilize editing, sound mixing, and visual graphics techniques to craft engaging and relatable final products that align with our brand identity.
  • Employ creative strategies and top-notch equipment to ensure the acquisition of quality footage.
  • Maintain and manage hardware such as tripods, lighting equipment, and gimbals, ensuring they are clean, assembled, and functioning properly.
  • Ensure consistency in filming quality and style from start to finish.
  • Apply knowledge of various motion picture techniques to enhance the visual storytelling process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any subject. (Marketing Major would be a plus)
  • Preferably, possess a certificate course in Videography or Cinematography.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Lumen5, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar field, with a preference for experience in whiteboard animation.
  • Physically fit with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
