Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Facilitate instructional systems at all levels
Oversee day-to-day school operations
Look into matters of student discipline & programs
Supervise and facilitate work of staff, Learning Support Program
Maintain open and clear channels of communication with the Principal, other administrators, and all staff on matters of concern to the school
Prepare regular reports for the Principal
Service streams, guidance, and counseling (including academic staff, student support, coordination, Student Academic Support Services, timetabling of classes)
Monitoring progress towards goal achievement and implementing timely corrective action (when required)
Maintain a public persona for the institution via social media, advertising, and interactive student communicative services
Ensure a safe and clean environment for students
Team Contributor & Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Organizing school events, and attending conferences to gain knowledge of current educational trends
Interview and hire school personnel, review and implement school policies and handle emergencies

MBA / Masters's Degree with 2-3 yrs of experience in the same field
High-level written, and oral communication skills & IT Skills
A high-level of initiative - A self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member when required
Attention to detail, ability to coach and inspire
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a positive cooperative manner
Team Contributor & Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
Candidate must have 360-degree managerial skills for the exponential growth of the school
Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in IB School & Knowledge of the IPC curriculum
