Vice Principal

Qualification: Masters Degree or above (PhD preferred) in Management or Technology

Experience: At least 10 years’ of Teaching as Sr. Lecturer or higher academic positions. Experience of academic administration in private college is preferred.

Major Responsibilities:

Supervise program activities implementation and monitoring as per Operation/Academic Calendar
Lead the academic operations to prepare semester plan, budget and priorities in compliance with policy
Conduct periodic review/analysis of progress/effectiveness of semester plan and priorities
Implement academic goals and strategy and assessment of students to gauge the knowledge and skills
Ensure effective classroom delivery of teacher by assessing and developing strategies to enhance teacher’s skills
Supervise the academic inputs to ensure the quality of academic activities

Knowledge, Skills And Ability:

Good Academic track record
Strong knowledge of university academic programs and curriculum
Strong knowledge and skills of teaching-learning methods and resources
Strong knowledge of academic administration
Strong coordination and communication skills
