Manage the overall administration of the college, including budgeting, resource allocation, and student enrollment.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor the performance of students and provide support to those who need it.
Participate in school events, programs, and meetings to foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, including teachers, administrative staff, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records and reports.
