Job Description

Support the principal in managing the school’s daily operations and decision-making.
Oversee curriculum development, ensure alignment with educational standards, and provide guidance to teachers for instructional strategies.
Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff, providing feedback and support for professional development.
Handle disciplinary issues, enforce school policies, and manage student behavior to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
Act as a mentor for teachers, helping them improve instructional methods and classroom management.
Assist in managing schedules, school budgets, and resources to ensure smooth school operations.
Serve as a liaison between the school and parents, attending meetings, addressing concerns, and promoting positive communication.
Oversee and support extracurricular programs, school events, and student activities.
Ensure the school adheres to local, state, and federal educational laws and policies.
Help create and maintain a safe school environment by implementing safety policies and emergency procedures.
Participate in developing and implementing school improvement plans and long-term strategies for student achievement.
Analyze student performance data to inform decisions regarding instruction, intervention programs, and resource allocation.
Organize and support professional development opportunities for staff members.
