Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals.
Drive new project launches and market expansion, ensuring growth and profitability.

2. Sales and Business Development:

Achieve Rs. 20,00,00,000 annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
Explore new revenue streams, expand branch/franchise networks, and oversee BLE(Branchless EMI) initiatives.

3. Operational Efficiency:

Ensure all departments meet performance metrics and streamline operations to maximum productivity.
Lead innovation and digital transformation to enhance business efficiency.

4. Financial Management:

Oversee financial planning and loan management, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Provide accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

5. Team Leadership:

Mentor managers, accountants and branch in-charges, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Drive HR initiatives in recruitment, staff retention, and development.

6. Compliance & Governance:

Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and governance standards across all operations.
Promote transparency and accountability in decision-making.

7. Customer Relationship Management:

Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service policies and issue resolution.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years
