We are seeking a Vice President of People Operations to lead the design and implementation of our HR strategy including recruitment, performance management, and professional development for a large, diverse, and growing team in Nepal. 

The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, creative, confident, and a courageous, data-driven evangelist for our non-traditional approach to People Operations.
