Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time vendor manager to facilitate and maintain relationships between our organization and vendors, negotiate contracts, and tie up with new vendors.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Working closely with vendors on a day-to-day basis
Research the vendors to find the required products within a given market
Acquire new vendors and maintain relationships with the existing vendors
Monitor the current sales trends in the market and write reports to display the necessary data
Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate terms, and communicate the service-related concerns
Check and monitor the quality of the products
Establish the standards and guidelines to maintain a good relationship with the vendors
Communicate analysis, recommendations, and status updates with the internal teams
Attend company training programs and meetings
Regular communication with the vendors to establish the esteemed relationship
