Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Help drive the platform design process through ideation, definition, exploration and execution.
Create exciting designs, once the UX research is done, it's time to put the pencil to paper (low-fidelity) to create high-quality (high-fidelity) designs that help the end-user realise greater value from web and mobile experience.
Meet project goals and deadlines as we operate a robust project management practice that helps us stay organised and iterate our work to create clients and business value faster. This involves being part of regular meetings and collaborating with the rest of the development team within two-three sprints.
Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the design, product and development teams.
Regularly give and receive feedback on design decisions across enterprise design projects.
Gather, evaluate user & business requirements and behaviour.
Continue to improve aspects of our platform design system

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 8 years

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD), Sigma, Sketch, Framer or similar tools/software.
Be a great listener and exceptional communicator with a history of teamwork and collaboration.
A quick learner and self-starter with the ability to handle the pressure of an increasing level of responsibility.
Enjoy working together with developers to bring design to life.
Understand the principles and practice of Mobile First and Responsive web design.
Resourceful, creative thinker with attention to details
Have a positive attitude and problem-solving skill.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor degree in related field
2 to 8 years of experience or equivalent years of work experience.

Proven track record of shipping high quality products/projects
