Location – Uttardhoka, Lazimpat 

Background – The purpose of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement  and Supply Management is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities in support of US  Government (USG)-funded public health initiatives around the world. The project provides direct procurement and supply chain management support to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief  (PEPFAR), the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), and Population and Reproductive Health. In supporting  USG-funded global health activities, GHSC-PSM will develop and manage a wide array of services for health commodity procurement and related systems strengthening technical assistance encompassing different elements of a comprehensive supply chain.  

At the country level, GHSC-PSM supports country strategies and priorities that fall under the following  three project objectives: 

  • Global Commodity Procurement and Logistics 
  • Systems Strengthening Technical Assistance 
  • Global Collaboration to Improve Long-Term Availability of Health Commodities 

The Objective of the assignment  CV writing training will help participants create an effective, professional  CV that will catch the interest of potential employers and assist them in getting through the crucial interview. 

Scope of services – To facilitate a session on writing effective CV for individual staff of GHSC-PSM and also train them on developing Interview Skills. This training should be creatively organized to include sessions aimed at helping the staff to create a stronger CV that is job competitive and the staff are able to face the crucial interviews for the future job opportunities. The Trainer will work closely with the Senior  Human Resources Manager of GHSC-PSM and other staff. The purpose of this Trainer is to preparing training material, conducting training and preparation of report.

Key Deliverables

  • Facilitation training for GHSC-PSM staff on effective CV Writing and Interview  Preparation. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, master’s degree preferred. 
  • Experience of facilitation of training at national and international setting on CV Writing and Interview Skills development  
  • Proven experience/expertise in facilitation of training. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and achieve results through collaboration. 
  • Previous working experience in Nepal. 


  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. 


  • Technical and Financial Proposal based on three groups (11+11+10) of staff. The cost must be  quoted in Nepalese currency (NPR)
