Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Summary

The candidate is responsible for researching the land records to determine ownership, prepare necessary reports and locate the landowners.

Responsibilities:

Ability to Process Simple, Medium and High complexity tasks.
Ability to understand the explicit and implicit need of the client and deliver to meet / exceed the expectations consistently.
Ability to read the English Documents.
Examine, review and analyze the legal documents.

Technical Skills:

Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power-point).
Should know basics of Computer.
Should be Proficient in chess.
Should enjoy puzzle solving.
Should enjoy studying in library.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Diploma/Graduate (any Subject)
Required Time Commitment
The candidate is expected to give 10 hours/per day.
