Position: Unit Head -Service Delivery & After Sales

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise solutions, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence.
  • Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment support for DC, Cloud, Security, and Network services.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for service quality, uptime, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal teams, NOC, CX teams, partners, and regulatory bodies to drive automation, process optimization, and continuous service improvements.
  • Collaborate with partner support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements while delivering managed services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving service challenges.
  • Design and implement service delivery strategies that ensure seamless integration of multiple technology platforms.
  • Ensure interoperability between different systems and vendors to maintain high service reliability.
  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and solution architects to align service delivery models with customer requirements.
  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand their ongoing operational and service support needs.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field with 6 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, or Managed Services OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Strong background in Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and ITIL-based service management.
  • Experience in handling enterprise customers and managing large-scale operations.
  • Previous experience in a telecom or technology company is an advantage.

Duty Station:
Currently Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere as per business needs.
