Position: Unit Head- Brand and Marketing
Department: Marketing, Communications & Sustainability

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the overall brand and marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive positioning, messaging, and market differentiation to reinforce the company's value proposition.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels, platforms, and customer experiences.
  • Lead brand health tracking, customer perception analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Manage brand campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships that build long-term brand equity.
  • Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) withmcross functional and cross departmental teams.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
  • Utilize customer data, analytics, and market research to inform campaign design and optimization.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture for performance marketing and content effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
     A) Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
     B) Manage relationships with creative, media, research agencies.
     C) Ensure efficient use of marketing resources and ROI tracking.

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field with minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 Years of Experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed product decisions.
  • Experience in collaborating with international teams or working in a global context.

  • Creates new solutions to resolve problems or issues in novel ways.
  • Proactively seeks to optimize the financial or business impact of initiatives.

Duty Station: Currently Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere as per business needs.
