Key Attributes
A. Unit Mnagement and planning
1. Overall successful operation of the Specific Key Area (SKA's) of the unit including
2. Implementation of monitoring and control of auction and settlements of commodity and funds.
3. Implementation of monitoring and quality control systems for internal and outward commodities.
4. Daily reporting/Weekly reporting tool/Unit Performance Reports in defined formats.
5. Ensure Effective and efficient handling of third-party commodities and assets at NWCL premises in good
faith
B. Administrative Functions
1. Administrative role at the unit in close coordination with FAD.
2. Coordinate with Unit Level staffs for regular business operations. Also coordinate with outsourced team for
manhandling of operations.
3. Conduct weekly meetings of Unit Staffs.
4. Manage work discipline and culture along with effective and efficient usage of resources. Recommend
changes to management whenever and wherever required.
5. Ensure control and safe custody of assets and resources.
6. Ensure smooth supply of resources at the Unit and Guest House.
7. Maintenance of adequate security and cleanliness of Unit Premises and Guest House.
8. Facilitate adequate systems for training on unit premises to staffs.
9. Manage accommodation and transportation of guest including shareholders, board of directors,
management team members, contractors, and consultants as an when required.
10. Public relation management.
11. Manage bulker fleets, weighbridge operation and company's vehicle under Unit possession.
12. Execute work and safety standards, discipline, healthy work environment.
13. Give priority in settlement of customers and employees grievances.
14. Ensure timely entry and reconciliations of inward/outward transactions in CBS and ERP,

1. Regularly visit traders, follow up and initiate actions with regular and direct reporting to CBO,
