Job Description

  • Implement strategies, plans that bring positive impact and increase revenue, achieve financial and non-financial targets of the unit
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the team so that business processes and practices are conducted with great professionalism and integrity and comply with the company standards and guidelines
  • Responsible and take initiations for bringing excellency in service deliverance
  • Presentation to the management on various aspects of business process, bring with innovative ideas to uplift the business of the unit, follow standard process and ensure all the ideas and plans are carried out efficiently and effectively in the Unit
  • Work closely with team leaders to get updated of work, proper guidance, collect feedback and report the Head of Department 
  • Work closely with every department for the proper functioning of each unit
  • Research about the services of units and recommend best practices for implementation 
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to concerned authority on various scenarios of respective units (Performance)
  • Evaluate/Access the performance of team members of unit/s and recommend the best way to uplift their performance
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by concerned authority

Achieve business goals through effective translation of the business strategy into implementations of different Units. Provide leadership and motivation to the team towards progressive performance standards achieving business objectives. Responsible for simplification of the work of the team members that enhance their overall efficiency. Suggest the valuable changes in the business process wherever required after in depth understanding
